Lizz Santos, Creative Director of The Christmas Decorators, can be described as one of Wellington's most busy Christmas Elves! Every year, in the few weeks that lead to Christmas, she and her team put up hundreds of Christmas trees - including the one here at Te Papa!
Decorations are Lizz's forte', and she can teach you great tricks on how to make some from simple items you have in your home. Join the Christmas Wreath DIY Workshop, and go home with a precious wreath that you made yourself!
We will provide the wreath + a few ribbons etc: please, bring along little decorations, objects, artificial flowers, pompons or anything you'd like to personalize your wreath with. There is no need to go shopping: you can search your house for items to re-purpose, re-cycle, re-invent!
