Current programme: Spring on the Farm

It's springtime down at the farm! Join the StoryPlace team as we explore life on the farm through stories and play.

StoryPlace is a space specially and exclusively for preschoolers and their caregivers. Here, toddlers can explore museum-related themes through play, games, storytelling, and song. Led by a friendly Te Papa Host.

Before purchasing your tickets please note the following:

• Babies are free of charge but still require a ticket.

• StoryPlace does not cater for children over the age of 5.

• All toddlers must be accompanied by their caregiver(s) for the duration of the session.

• Group bookings are available for StoryPlace. We accommodate groups of up to 25 people, with a maximum of 20 children per group. An adult child ratio of 1:4 is expected to supervise and engage with your group. Please email StoryPlace@tepapa.govt.nz to place a booking for your group.  

• We no longer take bookings for birthday parties.
